Dari yang diutarakan itu, Polisi menerapkan penegakan hukum dilakukan dengan menggunakan Pasal 28 Undang-Undang ITE terkait kebohongan publik dalam menawarkan investasi melalui trading; UU Perdagangan Pasal 105 terkait skema ponzi (investasi palsu); dan KUHP.
Kenyataanya, masyarakat Indonesia belum banyak yang mengetahui risiko-risiko yang bisa menjerat dirinya dan kapital mereka dalam dunia trading.
